CureLeads at FIGO 2022

Looking back, the EMIRATES – FOGSI – FIGO conference 2022 brought us a huge learning experience from interacting with our international speaker, Prof. Philippe Descamps and key opinion leaders from MENA region.

The conference was held on  September 9 -11   in Dubai and was well attended by a large number of delegates over 3 days.

He covered the most recent development in the field of biomarkers for endometriosis. He shared with the audience the scientific the scientific evidence supporting this innovation – the new saliva based diagnostic test for endometriosis

About Prof. Philippe Deschamps

Distinguished Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been the Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology at Angers University Hospital in France since 1999.

In addition, he is the Director of the regional endometriosis care center Endo Ref-Angers. 

Elected as the French representative to the FIGO Council 2015 – 2021.

He has sat on the Minimal Access Surgery Committee (2018 – 2021) and was a member of FIGO’s Strategic Planning Committee (2020 – 2021).
