With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Kassem has a wealth of expertise in managing and promoting a variety of portfolios for multi-national companies in the Lebanese market.

He has achieved great success in launching Novartis products in primary care and oncology, ranking first among all MNCs. His new launches have also earned the Fastest Growth Award.

Before co-founding CureLeads, Kassem spent 13 years with Hoechst, Sanofi, Lederle, and Pfizer. He is also the founder and general manager of Century Pharma/Takeda.
